Mizati Luxury Alloy Wheels Inc. (the Company) warrants to the original retail purchaser that products manufactured by Mizati will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use. Specifically, Mizati warrants its wheels and chrome finish to be structurally sound for a period of two years. Our warranty does not cover corrosion, due to chemicals, climate conditions, neglect or abuse. This warranty is void if wheels are damaged by improper tire mounting and installation, accidents, alterations, or loading beyond rated capacity.
Any and all out of round claims must be made within 30 days from the original date of purchase. All warranty claims must be evidenced by the claimant’s original bill of sale. Mizati’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of said merchandise at the Company's sole discretion. The Company's maximum liability hereunder shall be only for each wheel that is subject to the defect on which a claim is made.
